Company trading for only 2 years mainly based in Kent / South East supply to supply consultants within the waste water industry.

Description of Vacancy

DPJ is offering a successful candidate to join a New Company only Trading ( successfully )  for 2 years With next several years  with works contracted and secure

Mainly working with in the waste water industry with in Kent and south east  , however expanding in to other areas such as social housing and construction

We are offering the suitable candidate to work with a small expanding company to become an integral part of the team who we hope they would progress as we expand to hopefully be the Senior Admin Officer.

Responsibilities

Attend documentation filing, assist with predation and presentation of finance control overseen by financial director and assist in ISO 9001 documentation

Wage

£8 per hour

£204 per week

Hours

Working days commence with 3 days week 9.30am to 3pm. This will expand after 3 months probationary period.

Weekly hours paid 19.5hrs increase of course after the prospectove candidate has completed probationary period.

6hrs paid weekly for training.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade 9 - 4 (or A - C) in English and Maths as a minimum. Or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.

Training Provided

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard - Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently and as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.


Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, together with virtual training sessions and action plans, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.

Our programme offers a blended curriculum combining engaging online courses with adapted 1:1 support from a dedicated tutor. This tutor collaborates with both apprentices and employers to create a tailored programme designed to support your progression. You'll benefit from at least 6 hours of weekly training or study time during your working hours.

Additional Detail

As of 1st April 2025, the NMW for Apprentices is £7.55 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
