DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
As a result of our continued and rapid growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to support our team of Recruitment Consultants in providing an excellent service to our customers.
We are looking for a flexible, hardworking candidate excited about working within a fast-paced role with no two days being the same!
The main duties will include:
- Providing Support and guidance to existing customers
- Discussing new client’s recruitment needs and liaising with Recruitment Consultants
- Proactively looking for business opportunities by speaking with key decision-makers to work with you as a supplier of choice
- Attracting new clients and candidates
- Sourcing new vacancies
- Liaising effectively at all levels up to Managing Director
- Coaching and offering career guidance to candidates
This is a customer services role, but there will be elements of selling and this could lead to a Recruitment Consultant position in the future.
£156.95 per week + opportunity to earn bonuses
Mon – Thurs 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Fri – 8.30 am – 4.00 pm
(1 hr lunch break unpaid)
20% paid time during working hours is given to complete training, referred to as “Off the Job Training”

Driven, motivated and keen to forge a long term career as a specialist Recruiter within a fast-paced environment.
5 GCSE Grades 4 – 9 or A-C including English and Maths.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
As of 1st April 2021, the NMW for Apprentices is £4.30 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
The employer has asked that you do not contact them direct. Doing so could jeopardise your application. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work.
