DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
Telephone generation of qualified new business meetings. Meetings to be attended by Senior Account Manager. Manager bookings, new business and own administrative tasks.
- Research on target clients
- Maintaining database
- Maximising amount of phone calling in business hours
- Bookings meetings
- Qualification and research for meetings booked
- Following up on contacts already in database and build up on own data
- Ability to work out premium for new equipment and profit margin
- Other sales activity as required to generate sale or as requested by the Sales Director
- Produce necessary admin relating to tasks
- Email campaigns
- CRM maintenance and analytics
- Assistance with day to day management of the office.
£5.40 per hour starting, rising to £6.40 after 3 months if targets achieved.
Commission paid on telesales leads to come from any new business acquired.
Commission paid in units for £15 & £100. Lower amount for the targets, higher amount for deal gained.

GCSE 4-5 (C) in Eng and Maths. ICT
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
As of 1st April 2019, the NMW for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
