DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
A2 Insurance are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their administration processing team, assisting with administrative tasks generating from the sales team as well as a variety of customer queries and requests, also general adhoc office duties.
This is going to be an exciting and dynamic role for the right person, with main duties including
- Collating and processing client information onto the computer to generate client quotations
- Providing face to face services to walk in customers with all aspects of insurance
- Answering telephone queries and ensuring customers receive a first class service
- Making outbound customer service calls to clients and insurance companies
- Processing quotations through to new business and renewals
8.50AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday. 1 Hour lunch break.
Minimum of £185 p/w based on a 37.5 hour week

Minimum of GSCE Grade 2 (Grade D) in English and Maths or equivalent
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
As of 1st April 2019, the NMW for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
The employer has asked that you do not contact them direct. Doing so could jeopardise your application. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work.
