Cocoba launched a test pop up kiosk in Brent Cross Shopping Centre in October 2012, and a little over a year later, opened the first café in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent. Then, in September 2016, Cocoba opened their production unit in Northfleet, Kent, where they make over 150 delicious chocolate products, which are available to buy in store and online.

DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
An excellent opportunity to work with an established chocolate manufacturing and distribution company in Northfleet. Join a small friendly and supportive team who will enable you to develop your skills in business administration and general office support. This is a varied role in a busy warehouse/head office environment, providing accurate information for customers, managing orders of goods and providing support to a close knit team.
The role will include:
- Managing orders from both office and online
- Coordinating online orders
- Managing customer data
- Answering the phones in a professional manner.
- Passing messages in a timely manner.
- Dealing email enquiries
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Placing orders
- Coordinating samples for customers
- Liaising with Warehouse
- General admin duties
£3.90 per hour
Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm

Minimum achieved Grade D or equivalent in English and Maths.
ICT TO Grade C or equivalent.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
As of 1st April 2019, the NMW for Apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
