Our Apprenticeship in Operations/Departmental Management will help prepare your employees for the future by giving them the up to date leadership and management skills that will have a major impact
on the development, productivity and performance of your business.
This Apprenticeship Standard will support the development that will enable staff to flourish in their role as a manager, it will help middle managers to gain skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities.
The programme is designed to enable development of management approaches that will bring strategies and visions for the future to fruition. It also offers the option of studying towards a CMI qualification.
What will I learn?
This is a wide-ranging programme that provides insights into the most important aspects of leadership and management. These will be incorporated into your day to day responsibilities and will include:

What level is the Apprenticeship?
This new Apprentice Standard is set at Level 5.
What are the entry requirements?
Functional Skills are required at Level 2 in maths and English. You should have sufficient management experience or have access within your current role to carry out the responsibilities required.
How long does it take to complete?
The Apprenticeship should take between 2 and 2½ years to complete, subject to meeting the mandatory level of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
