Our CMI Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations/Department Management will help you add to your skills toolkit with up to date leadership and management approaches, increasing your level of performance and productivity, enabling you to achieve your objectives.
Our programme includes a peer networking aspect which will enhance your learning and develop core skills, providing the opportunity for innovation and creativity within your management role.

What level is the Apprenticeship?
This new Apprentice Standard is set at Level 5.
What are the entry requirements?
Functional Skills are required at Level 2 in maths and English. You should have sufficient management experience or have access within your current role to carry out the responsibilities required.
How long does it take to complete?
The Apprenticeship should take between 2 and 2½ years to complete, subject to meeting the mandatory level of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
