Work Out Where You Want To Be

If you have recently finished your studies at school and are trying to work out what to do next then the Pathfinder programme could be for you.

Putting you at the centre of what we do we have a range of activities to help you build the skills and confidence you need to move towards getting your career started. And you can achieve all of this, 2 days a week over 12 weeks.

The benefits of the Pathfinder programme include:

Small class sizes where you will be supported by a friendly tutor who will support your individual needs

Gain a Gateway qualification in Living and Working in the UK.

Practice for studying English or maths in the future

To identify the skills and strengths you have to offer an employer and then build on these work skills.

You will make new friends and complete fun team activities.

Who is it suitable for?

Pathfinder is suitable for young people aged 16-18 (up to 24 with EHCP) in Kent & Medway who are not currently in employment, education or training and who might not be quite ready for our Work Ready course or for a Further Education College course or School Sixth Form

How can I apply or get more information?

To apply for the Pathfinder programme or for advice and guidance please speak to one of our experienced team members by sending us a message or phone us on 0800 731 4297.

If you don’t think Pathfinder is quite right for you then why not consider our Work Based Training, Traineeships or Apprenticeship programmes?
