KT&A Apprentice Wins Apprentice Of The Year 2015
Adam Calver wins Apprentice of the Year.
At a gala dinner in honour of the Kent Excellence in Business Awards, KT&A learner Adam Calver was announced Apprentice of the Year. Adam (26) works with Allpark based in Northfleet. He impressed managers with his customer service skills, his ability to pick up technical information quickly and his willingness to work extra hours to get the job done.
Allpark Ltd Managing Director Andrew Thomson said “We’re extremely proud of the progress Adam’s made since joining the Allpark team in March last year as Business Administration Apprentice. We recognised very quickly that he showed a flare for sales – his friendly and confident manner instantly a hit with our clients. This, combined with his excellent product knowledge and appetite for success, has meant that he has progressed quickly, and within the year has become an integral part of our sales team here at Allpark. Adam now manages some of our key accounts and we are confident that he has a bright future in business.”
Adam says “I have my foot in the door and now feel like an important member of a close team. While money was never a deciding factor, an income while you are learning is warmly welcomed”.
“This is something a college course cannot offer and why many people choose an apprenticeship.”
