Apprenticeship Vacancies – Important Information from KT&A
Kent County Council made the decision to close all of its Adult Education, Kent Training & Apprenticeships and Skills Centres across the County last week.
Following last night’s directive, and in order to comply with Government guidance to stop non-essential contact and to prioritise your health and safety, as well as that of our staff.
We have made the decision to suspend all Apprenticeship starts with immediate effect and until further notice.
Although this means that no apprenticeship programmes will commence; we are working hard to maintain a virtual learning environment for those employers who may already have apprentices. Their Tutors will make contact to advise how this will work.
We are also fully committed to ensuring that as many learners/apprentices as possible can complete their qualifications and will be taking steps in the coming days and weeks to ensure this is possible.
For those employers who have vacancies your Partnership Manager will be contacting you to discuss your specific requirements.
Moving forward . . . most of our teams are equipped to work from non-office, or non-centre-based locations and will continue to work during regular office hours with full access to emails, telephones and related materials.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us here.
Many thanks for your cooperation and understanding during this challenging time for all of us.
