An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but rapidly growing team here at Pure Garden Buildings for Warehousing Operative Traineeship. The company is primarily located in Folkestone and Dover, with a depot in Manchester. An opportunity to join our team, with this position being Dover (Kent) based.
Description of Vacancy
The role is suitable for someone new to Warehousing and has a can-do attitude or has an ambition to enter the exciting world of recruitment. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player and who wants to learn. Any prior experience will be useful but not essential.
We are looking to work closely with the successful candidate, upskill them through in house training courses, and provide valuable experience. At the end of the Traineeship, all candidates will be offered an interview for a permanent position within one of the companies within the group.
About the role
In this role you will be working in in one of our warehouses withing the group, reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Helping keep the warehouse tidy and organised
- Unloading deliverers
- Loading delivery’s

- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, well-presented and flexible in approach
- Hard working and enjoy working as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision

Training Provided
On the job training with the employer and Functional Skills if appropriate. Regular work based reviews carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor
